attention.

Announcement : I hereby propose newly, renovated posts from here on out. More thought and creativity will be put into my photos and titles (sayings). I must state that this blog is titled, 'a journal by Jo,' therefore meaning it is a journal for those who choose to view it. I have missed the simple act of writing in my journal, and believe it would be best to cut down on such elaborate entries. I can't seem to keep up with both my blog and journal. This (I think) would then give me the opportunity to write down thoughts and focus more on photos. I am going to give it a shot at least.

Thursday

I'm starting the New Year off with a book titled, Miss O'Dell. It contains an endless amount of stories about Miss Chris O'Dell in her younger days when she was surrounded by a number of bands, mainly The Beatles. Chris is an American, who was lucky enough to land a job at Apple Records located in London. Check it out if you have a chance. I can't step away from it. Here is a photo of her in the 70s, I believe. I hope it's a wonderful start to the new year for you all. It is a new decade with new beginnings. Another photo to exaggerate the festivities. Adios, JO.

Hey all. I was too caught up in all the excitement down here in Illinois, that blogging slipped my mind. It is oh-so nice to finally be caught back up with everyone and be in sync once again. The highlights have been: reuniting with Dan, a wonderful holiday with the family, experiencing the awful breath of little Lottie, holiday parties, the coffee shop, a performance which included The Beast, and gobs more. I am excited now for the calendar to switch its numbers and have a nice, simple night with some friends. Although I miss the Me & Ollies crew and the NH atmosphere, I have had a remarkable Winter Break. ---Que Sera Sera---jo

I have some days where my mind takes over and I find myself fantasizing about the summer days. There is nothing better than to be able to lose yourself for a little while before having to come back to reality. And to get to experience those moments with friends you end up calling family, is the most wonderful thing of all. As I approach my departure for home in Illinois, I can't help but think of all the good times we have had. Christmas break is going to be a bundle of good times. love, JO.

Good evening. Its Sunday and I am regrouping myself for the week ahead. I've worked ALL weekend and am now well overdue for some rest. I did get all my Christmas shopping out of the way and am well on my way to getting home. It snowed this morning for the first time and it was so beautiful. It took me forever to get my Jetta cleared off and ready to drive. I will definitely be more prepared next time. The pictures are what I took quickly this morning after breakfast. Enjoy. Until next time. Jo
